S.O.L.V.E. · Support · Outreach · Listen · Value · Empower

ART Inc.’s S.O.L.V.E. program provides comprehensive violence-prevention and recovery support in Peoria, Illinois. We assist individuals and families at highest risk through trauma-informed care, case management, victim services, and street/hospital outreach—connecting people to resources quickly and walking with them every step of the way.

Our approach focuses on stabilizing crises, restoring safety, and building long-term pathways to education, employment, and wellness. Services are delivered by trained advocates and outreach specialists in collaboration with community partners and local hospitals.

Core services include: Street/Hospital Outreach (mediating conflicts, reclaiming public spaces for safe activities, coordinating responses after critical incidents), Victim Services (emotional support, safety planning, court and hospital advocacy, resource navigation), and Case Management (intake assessment, personalized plans, referrals, workforce development, and ongoing support).

Who We Serve

We prioritize individuals and families most affected by community violence, including justice-involved youth, people at active risk of street involvement, and recent victims or witnesses of firearm-related incidents. Collaboration with hospitals enables bedside advocacy and post-incident support.
