"Change That Narrative" is a Teen Summit series committed to empowering youth and individuals to value collective and individual responsibility for maintaining a community free of drugs, gangs, and violent crimes.

Each summit will focus on resolving issues facing teens such as gangs, violence within dating, and substance abuse. This program is designed to provide an opportunity for teens to come together and discuss the social issues that are most important to them. By working together, we hope to foster an environment that promotes open and honest dialogue, allowing participants to learn from each other and gain a deeper understanding of the issues at hand.

The series will consist of three interactive events, designed by teens for teens, and will be offered free of charge to high school students in the Peoria area.
